- The design conforms to ergonomics. The standard bar diameter configuration is between 30mm, 42mm, and 52mm. 65mm can also be selected.
- The standard configuration includes two high-power electric spindles. The 42-type and 52-type are standard configurations, while the 65-type spindle is a mechanical spindle.
- Two BMT-55 turrets, with a maximum installation of 24 turrets, ensure the required number of cutting tools for complex workpiece processing.
- BMT-55-16 turret can also be selected, which can install up to 32 tools to ensure the required number of tools for complex workpiece processing.
- High-quality and efficient back processing reduces accuracy loss caused by multiple clamping operations.
- The electric spindle has high-speed response, with C-axis indexing of 0.001mm. Two servo-powered turrets rotate rapidly and are used for high-rigidity milling processing.
- Two turrets work efficiently at the same time, and the upper and lower turrets help each other to complete efficient machining, balancing the cutting workload of the two turrets.
- The upper and lower turrets can be used for turning on the main and secondary spindles respectively, and both can serve as auxiliary turning tools to improve machining efficiency.
