The machine tool adopts a single spindle with C-axis, a single turret, single Y-axis, and a programmable tailstock. It is powerful and offers excellent performance.
The maximum tool has good stability and rigidity, and the tool life is long. For example, tool life is increased by about 38% compared with ordinary machine tools.
The diameter of the X-axis screw reaches 32mm. Under long-term high-speed operation, the large-diameter screw ensures machining precision and service life.
It adopts P-grade 35mm roller guide rails to ensure long-term high efficiency and stable heavy cutting performance.
The SMC series small machine tools are driven by electric spindles, with fast response speed, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. Large models use mechanical spindles.
The standard configuration is a 20-bar high-pressure cooling system, ensuring that the machine can easily handle deep-hole machining.
The standard configuration of the fully automatic material receiver allows finished parts to be automatically taken out after processing and placed into the finished product box, realizing unmanned processing.
