LFU Series High-Speed Precision Press Machines (25–315 Ton)

The LFU Series is a line of high-speed precision mechanical presses built for small to mid-size stamping applications. With press capacities ranging from 25 to 315 tons, and optional V-frame or H-frame structures, this series provides the ideal combination of speed, precision, and structural rigidity for industries such as electronics, electrical components, automotive terminals, and progressive die stamping.

Designed with variable and fixed stroke speeds, die cushion capability, and GB/JIS Class 1 accuracy, the LFU series enables manufacturers to run high-speed, high-volume production with minimal deflection and superior consistency.

🔧 Key Features

Tonnage Range: 25T to 315T
Suitable for light to medium stamping operations including progressive and compound die setups.
Variable Stroke Speeds up to 190 SPM
High efficiency for thin-sheet metal forming, especially in electrical and connector parts.
Electric or Manual Slide Adjustment
Low-tonnage models feature manual adjustment for cost-efficiency; high-tonnage models come with electric slide control for fast and precise die setup.
Die Cushion System (Optional)
Models from 45T and above offer built-in die cushions (up to 16 tons capacity), enhancing blank holding and drawing performance.
Heavy-Duty Bolster and Frame
Bolster thickness up to 180 mm, with deep throat design and extended bolster area for wide dies and automation compatibility.
High Precision
All models meet GB/JIS Class 1 standards, ensuring excellent repeatability and parallelism for high-tolerance parts.
